Information you choose to share
When you submit the enquiry or enrolment form, the details you enter are sent to DataAbhyas and recorded so that we can respond. Depending on which form you use, this can include your name, email address, phone number, organisation, experience level, preferred format, timeline, and anything you write in the message field. The programme finder on the home page runs entirely in your browser and its answers are not submitted unless you go on to send an enquiry. If the form cannot reach our systems, it falls back to opening your own email application, and in that case you decide what to send to admin@dataabhyas.com.
How enquiry information is used
Enquiry details are used to answer your question, suggest a suitable learning programme, share availability, and continue the conversation you requested. They are not used for unrelated marketing.
Technical information
The website’s hosting and security providers may process limited technical information, such as IP address, browser type, and request logs, to deliver and protect the service.
Sharing and retention
DataAbhyas does not sell enquiry information. It is processed by the service providers needed to operate the website, its forms and our email — which today includes Google, where submitted enquiries are recorded, and our website hosting provider. Enquiry details and correspondence are retained while needed to respond, maintain business records, or meet legal obligations.
Your choices
You may ask about the information you have shared, request a correction, or ask for deletion where applicable by writing to admin@dataabhyas.com.

This notice may change as DataAbhyas adds payment and other services. The current version applies to this website and its enquiry forms. Student accounts on the DataAbhyas learning platform involve further information handling, which is described where you sign in.
